Privacy Policy

This Policy explains how Isoplac Industrial processes the personal data of visitors and people who contact us through this website in accordance with Brazil’s General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD).

1. Who processes your data

Isoplac Industrial is responsible for decisions concerning the processing of personal data collected on this website. For privacy matters, use the contact page or email comercial@isoplac.com.br.

2. Data we may collect

Data you provide: your name, email address, message content, and any other information you choose to include when requesting assistance or a quote.

Technical data: IP address, access date and time, browser, device, operating system, referring page, pages visited, and technical logs required for the security and operation of the website and its features, including the interactive map.

We do not request sensitive personal data through the general contact form. Do not include this type of information in the message field.

3. How we use data

  • Respond to questions, service requests, and quote requests;
  • Continue business discussions initiated by the data subject;
  • Maintain security, prevent abuse, and diagnose website failures;
  • Improve navigation, content, and service quality;
  • Comply with legal obligations and exercise rights in administrative or legal proceedings.

Depending on the context, processing may rely on consent, preliminary procedures related to a contract, legitimate interests, compliance with a legal obligation, or the regular exercise of rights.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

The website uses strictly necessary cookies to maintain sessions, protect forms, and enable essential features. These resources remain active because they are required for the website to operate. Optional cookies can only be enabled after you make a choice. We currently do not use advertising cookies. Your preference is stored locally in your browser and can be changed at any time through the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer.

The interactive map is provided using the MapLibre library and maps from OpenFreeMap. According to OpenFreeMap, the service does not use cookies or tracking technologies. The map may therefore load as a functional feature regardless of your optional cookie choice, without changing that preference.

With your consent, we use Google Analytics to measure visits, pages viewed, and website interactions. Google Analytics is only loaded after acceptance and may set cookies such as _ga and _ga_*. Advertising signals and personalization remain disabled. Google may process information in accordance with its own Privacy Policy.

5. Data sharing

We may share data, as necessary, with hosting, infrastructure, email, and technology support providers; with public authorities when legally required; or to protect the rights of Isoplac and third parties. We do not sell personal data.

Some providers may operate outside Brazil. In these cases, we seek to adopt measures consistent with the LGPD for transferring and protecting information.

To display the map, your browser connects to OpenFreeMap, operated by Hyperknot Software Kft. in Hungary, and to the content delivery infrastructure used by the service, which may include Cloudflare. These connections may transmit technical request data. OpenFreeMap states that it normally keeps anonymized logs without IP addresses and may temporarily log IP addresses for up to 30 days when required to investigate security incidents.

When Google Analytics is enabled and you provide consent, browsing data and identifiers associated with analytics cookies may be processed by Google, including in other countries, according to the service settings and the provider’s privacy policy.

6. Retention and security

Data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and exercise rights. We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. However, no system is completely immune to incidents.

7. Your rights

Within the limits of the LGPD, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, blocking, deletion, portability, information about sharing, review of automated decisions, objection to processing, and withdrawal of consent, where applicable.

To protect the data subject, we may request additional information to confirm your identity. Learn more on the official page about data subject rights provided by the ANPD.

The website uses OpenFreeMap to display the map and links to external services such as OpenStreetMap (“Directions”), WhatsApp, and Instagram. OpenStreetMap is accessed only when you select the relevant link. Processing by these services is also governed by their own policies and terms, which Isoplac does not control.

Read the privacy policies of OpenFreeMap, Cloudflare and OpenStreetMap.

This Policy may be updated to reflect legal, technological, or operational changes. The current version and its update date will remain available on this page.
